The rest of the dress... I think I bited more than I can chew...
But it is good to know that my hard work shows!
Hmm, I´m not getting enough "evil" vibes off her. She´s someone who murdered her predecessor (pretty much an open secret in Orlais), gave the order to steal Qunari secrets (Black Powder recipe in DA2 Mark of Assassin DLC) and attempted to seduce King Cailan away from his infertile wife Anora just so she can anex Ferelden (DAO Return to Ostagar DLC).
She even fooled Alistair into thinking she´s a good person... and don´t forget she took Morrigan as her close advisor (DAO Epilogue slides). Hell, even Elthina seems to fear her interference and what it would mean if her and her cleric´s Divine Armies marched on Free Marches. She certainly tries to make sure the Divine has no obvious and politically good enough reason to basically invade Kirkwall.
Here, she looks only pompous, not like a cruel, tyranical, self-centered and brutal dictator that the story so far makes her out to be.
But I ADORE THAT DRESS!!! *salivates* Can I keep it? Can I? Can I? :3
About Anora - yes, imagine poor Cailan, first Anora, then Celene. Anora all but blackmailed him to marry her - so soon after his father died? Seriously? Did she get him drunk, "seduce him" and then tell him to "do what´s right"? I can SO imagine Anora doing it. Especially after the show she put on when I refused to put HER on the THEREIN throne - bitch, I saved your life, doesn´t that count for something? Obviously not.
And then Celene got her hooks into Cailan too. AND Alistair, if he´s king. Doesn´t matter if he´s married or not. "Everyone expects too much of her". Cute, Alibear, cute. But only an excuse for why she´s doing evil things and blames them on her corrupt court... I think I know what the main plot will be in DA3 if it will really play out in Orlais as Bioware hinted at.
I wasn't actually thinking anything else but a filthy rich, baby faced woman in a frilly dress. Though now that I have read you list of her... achievements, I do agree that the she should look more sinister...
Funny that I didn't remember most of those things? I've maybe tried to forget those because Anora already gave me quite antagonist vibes... I mean, isn't one mean bitch enough!?

And about the dress, great to hear that you approve, but seriously, aren't you at least a little bit put-off by the lion between her cleavage..? XD
i agree that she looks rather innocent for all she's done, but no rule that cruel dictators cannot photograph well.
the dress is absolutely amazing. can you imagine the shoes that must go with it?
